Do you have examples of real user coming soon pages?

Yes, we do have a User Pages Showcase where you can see what our users have created with Coming Soon & Maintenance Mode.

While each image links to the original coming soon page, please note that some sites might already be live, so they no longer use the Coming Soon page.

Can I hide the license key so my customers don’t see it?

Sure, that’s one of our agency options.

Once you activate the license key on a site, simply activate the white label option in the license tab, and the license will be hidden.

If you’re interested in completely changing the plugin, you also rebrand it.

Is a Coming Soon Page bad for SEO?

No, a coming soon page will note have a bad impact on your SEO. On the contrary – it can help you improve your SEO by getting your site indexed faster.

If you do not believe us, check what Matt Cutts, an expert from Google, has to say in this short video.

I still see the coming soon page even after turning it off! Help!

If you have turned off the coming soon mode, you should be able to see your normal site – no matter what state it’s in.

But if you’re still seeing the coming soon page, it can be frustrating because reloading simply doesn’t help.

If you are using any caching plugins, please find the option to purge/delete memory from the plugin. Also, please force refresh the page by pressing CTRL+F5 if you’re using Windows/Linux or CMD+SHIFT+R if you’re using a Mac.

If you’re still having issues, contact our support.

I created a brand, but it doesn’t work

After you have created a new brand, you will have to assign it to a license in order to rebrand the plugin that’s using that particular license.

Assign the Brand to a license

If you have followed the steps above to create your new brand, everything should be ready. But before you can actually rebrand the plugin, you will need to attach this brand to a license.

  1. Create a new license or edit an existing one
  2. On the right-hand side of the screen, find the “Custom Branding” feature
  3. Select the brand you have just created
  4. Save changes

Please note that if you’re making changes to an existing brand, you will have to re-sync the license. You can do that from the plugin (license tab) or remotely via the dashboard.

Documentation didn't help? Contact support!

Customers who purchased and have a valid PRO license - contact our support via the contact form built into the plugin or use the general contact form. If you're using the later method please include your license key in the message or contact us via the email address used when purchasing. This speeds things along.

Using the free version? We have you covered too. Head over to the forums. First look at older threads and if you don't find anything useful open a new thread. Support is community-powered so it can take some time to get an answer. If you need premium support this second - upgrade to PRO.
